Swiss Etiquette is pleased to announce its group course Dining Etiquette for Children, an intensive dining etiquette training for 6 – 12 year olds.

Imagine your child confidently navigating dining situations with grace, leaving a positive impression wherever they go.

The children will learn by doing in this fully interactive course.  Participants will sit together at a beautifully set table, and enjoy a (child-friendly) luncheon served by professional waiting staff.  The course is led by a certified etiquette instructor.

The children will learn:

• British dining style
• Place settings
• Table manners
• Napkin etiquette
• Bread and drinks etiquette
• Appropriate dinner conversation

This intensive course teaches dining skills and importantly, the social skills associated with dining.  It aims to give the children and their parents confidence and a sense of security that they know how to behave at the dining table in any company.

The course includes:

• Intensive dining etiquette training
• Two course luncheon with water/soft drinks;
• A successful participation certificate from Swiss Etiquette;
• After the course, parents will receive a comprehensive email detailing all points covered;
• Parents will also receive an individual evaluation of the child’s participation in the class, showing strengths and areas for improvement.
